Is it segregation, tension among neighbors, political differences, fear of gun violence, increase in crime, work place hierarchies, high cost of groceries, discrimination, larger number of firings or resignations, over working culture, underage drinking, low attendance at sporting events, etc? What are the different parts of the problem or issue? How are these different parts interacting to create a more complex situation?
